Mindset

They say “Black children drown into Depression everyday and can’t even talk to their families about it. So to cope they drown themselves into smoking and drinking“.

That’s because when you turn around they’re telling you it’s a mindset, or better you let too much stuff get to you, or you’ll be fine. Until it’s every night you’re feeling more, and more worthless and you just want to give up, and the only sweet tune in your ear is the sound of the blade going into your skin, while the drink dancing on your tongue w the music yelling to the Gods. But it’s a mindset, it’s a mindset to let yourself fall deeper into that hole until there’s pills filled into your stomach and noone to save you, or that belt rapped around your neck hanging from the ceiling. Then they wonder was it just a mindset?
